Satisfaction Guarantee
For your peace of mind all purchases are covered by our 30-day exchange or money back guarantee
(excluding any carriage charges incurred). If you change your mind for whatever reason, return the
unused item(s) in their original unopened packaging to Franking Supplies UK Ltd accompanied with the
receipt/invoice and we will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund. Please follow our returns
procedure below.
Payment
Our payment terms are strictly 30 days. All prices are in pound sterling excluding VAT at the current rate.
Payment can be made securely using one of the following methods: MasterCard/Visa/Switch/ Solo/
Maestro card/Amex. We also accept cheques, banker’s drafts, or electronic bank transfer. Payments are
subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment refuses to
authorise payment, then we have the right to cancel the order. All goods remain the property of Franking
Supplies UK Ltd until full payment has been fulfilled.
Availability
We aim to hold all items in stock, however, should an item be more popular than expected there might be
occasional delays when ordering. If this does occur, then an advice note will be attached with your
invoice. The majority of our deliveries are received the next working day. We will advise regarding the
delivery date for out-of-stock items. Please note that we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages,
charges, or expenses caused by any delivery delay beyond our reasonable control, i.e. acts of God, rioting,
floods, fire etc. as a guide.
Receipt of Damaged Goods
All your goods should arrive in perfect condition, however, if you do receive goods that appear to be
faulty or damaged, please notify the courier upon delivery and advise Franking Supplies UK Ltd by
telephone within 24 hours of receipt. This applies to any items that may appear to be missing, unless
stated on the invoice that the item is currently out of stock. If any items are not to be used straight away,
we advise customers to check that the goods have been received in perfect condition and working order.
The company will do everything possible to ensure your delivery arrives on time and intact. We do not
accept responsibility for any additional expenses incurred due to late or incomplete deliveries. You can

Returns Procedure
Any products returned unopened, unused, and undamaged in line with the Distance Selling Directive are
entitled to a full refund of the price of the product if returned within 30 days from receipt. All goods
returned must be clearly labelled and have full documentation enclosed including the reason for the
return. Any returns must be sent using a recorded/trackable method to ensure receipt, goods returned
without a proof of delivery will not be accepted. All returnable goods must be reported to Franking
Supplies Ltd. Goods returned without any notice will not be accepted. Carriage charges are non-
refundable unless the goods are faulty.
Specification
Every effort has been made to ensure that the specifications on our website are correct at the time of
publishing however technical data, dimensions and weights serve only as a guide. Sometimes product
specifications may change, in such instances we will do our very best to inform you when placing your
order. All our sizes and measurements are approximate, and the utmost care is taken to ensure the
accuracy of these dimensions. No guarantee is given or implied that goods will conform in absolute detail
to the description or illustrations published.
Printing & Pricing Errors
In the event a product is listed at a wrong price due to a typographical (human) error or incorrect pricing
information received from our suppliers, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed prior to a
contract being made.

Security
When you shop with us via our website, all your financial transactions are entirely secure. Online debit
and credit card payments are processed by STRIPE via their secure servers. The process scrambles
information, allowing no unauthorised third party to intercept the data. Telephone card payments are
processed using TYL by NatWest, which uses SSL/TLS (Secure Socket Layer /Transport Layer Security)
to encrypt and securely transmit your payment data.
Statutory Rights
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
Faulty Goods
All products carry a standard 12-month guarantee (unless stated). If your product should fail within this
period, please contact us on 01843 602277. If your purchase develops a fault within 7 days of receipt, we
ask that you return the goods to us by recorded or tracked postage, enclosing full details of the fault. We
will send the item for testing by the manufacturer. If the goods are found to be faulty then a replacement
or refund will be provided. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, weather damage, neglect, or
misuse, in this instance there will be no refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Delivery Costs
All purchases are subject to a standard delivery charge applicable to delivery destination, for details
please call us on 01843 602277. Website purchases are subject to a standard UK mainland delivery
charge, this will be calculated on your order and added to your shopping basket when your order is
placed.
Changes to the Website
We reserve the right to make changes to this website, any disclaimers and the terms and conditions at any
time without prior notice.
Late payment of Invoices
Our Payment terms are strictly 30 days. Should your invoices become 60 days overdue we reserve our
statutory rights to charge a late payment fee - (Costs) under the Payments of Commercial Debts
Regulations 2013 and interest in accordance with the late payment of commercial debts (interest) act
1998. Interest is charged at 8% above the current bank of England base rate.
Compensation arising out of late payment.
(1) Once statutory interest begins to run in relation to a qualifying debt, the supplier shall be entitled to a
fixed sum (in addition to the statutory interest on the debt).
(2) That sum shall be –
(a) for a debt less than £1000, the sum of £40.
(b) for a debt of £1000 or more, but less than £10,000, the sum of £70.
(c) for a debt of £10,000 or more, the sum of £100.
